Delivery
All products are produced in Mongolia. Therefore, all delivery leaves from Mongolia. Delivery costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.
The duration of delivery for your order takes 7-14 working days due to delivery location and the quantity of items ordered.
You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order.
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours from receipt of your order.
How To Track Your Order
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.
Please note, this can take longer during sale.
Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.
Exchange and returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.

You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the receiving date.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Items must be returned to us with all ENKHEMPIRE tags still attached.
Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Customers are in charge of the shipping cost when returning or exchanging.
